Dan Waldman named Toyota Team Player

Congratulations to the IC of USA President and IC Permanent Member, Dan Waldman, who was named as The Toyota Team Player at this years ITF Seniors World Team Championships, held in Helsinki at the beginning of July. 

Dan, who managers to juggle the demands of being an Attorney at one of the top US Law Firms, Arnold and Porter LLP, as well as being a Professor of Law, was part of the Men’s 60’s USA Team which were Runners-up in the ‘Von Cramm Cup’. After topping their group, Team USA beat France in the semi-finals, before being defeated by a strong Australian team in the finals. 

Dan, who has four singles and five doubles Individual World Champion Titles, remarked that “playing for a team is always great, as you have others to support you and playing for your country is always a special treat – I really enjoyed that aspect more than anything”. We send our congratulations to Dan for Team USA’s success and for being named The Toyota Team Player.
